Campaign data
In the free local workspace, URLs, UTM values, naming registries, CSV input, generated links, and link history are processed in your browser. CampaignLint does not send that content to its analytics database.
Product analytics
CampaignLint stores a random browser identifier, a limited product event name, the calendar date, and the product page path. These events help us measure use and improve the service; they do not include campaign URLs or UTM values.
Support information
When you contact support, we collect the name you optionally provide, your email address, the selected topic, your message, a request reference, and timestamps. We use this information to answer the request, manage billing or refunds, prevent abuse, and keep a support record. Support records are normally retained for up to 24 months.
Billing information
Paddle is our merchant of record and independently processes checkout, taxes, receipts, and payment credentials under its own privacy terms. We receive transaction, subscription, product, status, country, and customer contact details needed to provide and support paid access. CampaignLint does not receive or store full card details.
Browser storage
Local storage keeps naming rules, saved links, and the random analytics identifier on your device. Clearing CampaignLint site data removes those local records and creates a new analytics identifier on a later visit.
Infrastructure and sharing
Hosting, database, security, and payment providers process only the information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising. Data may be processed in countries where these providers operate, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of support and account information, subject to legal retention duties. Submit a privacy request through our support form. You may also clear local campaign data directly in your browser.
